JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery in Paso Robles, CA is seeking an Estate Hospitality Manager to lead the tasting room and Inn operations. You will guide a high-performing team, deliver luxury guest experiences, and ensure brand standards align with our premium wine program.

The role requires 3+ years in hospitality operations, including retail sales, with strong leadership and budget management skills. Weekend and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hospitality operations management experience, including 2+ years of retail sales experience; wine industry experience is required.
• Strong hands-on leadership and team development skills; proven success in recruiting and hiring high-performing team members.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (formulas, tables, charts) and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Leads, trains, and inspires a team of wine educators and hospitality professionals to uphold luxury service standards.
• Delivers a world-class guest experience with personalized tastings and impeccable presentation in the Tasting Room and Inn.
• Shares weekly budget and performance data and partners with Marketing and Events to drive sales and member growth.
