Job summary

Merriman’s Waimea is seeking an experienced Dining Room Server to join our guest experience team. As a Food Server you will know the menu, wines, and steps of service and provide outstanding, connection-based service to each guest.

You will take orders, input them into the POS, deliver courses, and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding highest standards in a fast-paced, fine-dining environment. Knowledge of local products and farms is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience as a dining room/server in a fine-dining setting.
• Knowledge of wine, menu, and promotions.
• Ability to memorize specials and present confidently.
