Fairmont Kea Lani, part of the Accor family, invites a personable Server to join our award-winning resort on Maui's Wailea Beach. You will deliver Food & Beverage experiences that showcase Hawaiian culture with warmth, accuracy, and aloha spirit.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, 2+ years in upscale service, POS experience, and ServSafe or Food Safety certification. We offer a dynamic, high-volume environment with opportunities to grow in hospitality.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.
• Multilingualism is an asset.
• Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Must be able to work well with others.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide Food & Beverage service per Fairmont and LQA standards.
• Follow service sequence: greeting, menu knowledge, order taking, delivering, and guest check processing.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables and work station; uphold safety standards.
• Participate in monthly departmental sales promotions and team communications.
• Assist in departmental operational improvements and sustainability initiatives.
