Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of food, wine and fine dining steps of service.
• Ability to present and converse the menu and daily specials eloquently.
• Basic knowledge of common food allergies and dietary needs.
• Commitment to exceptional guest relations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take food and beverage orders.
• Input orders into the POS system and ensure accuracy.
• Retrieve and deliver orders promptly while maintaining service standards.
• Maintain guest satisfaction throughout the meal and upsell where appropriate.
• Uphold cleanliness and side-work duties to support a smooth operation.
