Aufgaben

• Assist in preparing dining areas (linens, silverware, glassware) and stock service areas.
• Greet guests warmly and review menus, answering questions and making recommendations.
• Inform guests of daily specials and pricing, describe how items are prepared.
• Take food and beverage orders and enter into computer for kitchen transmission.
• Check IDs to ensure minimum age for alcohol.
• Serve food and beverages, including any table-side preparation.
• Present checks and process payments, handling special requests (split checks).
• Support the service team throughout the meal to exceed guest expectations.
• Ensure tables are cleared and reset for next guests.
