Job summary

Ojo Spa Resorts is seeking friendly, efficient Servers for our Artesian Restaurant. The primary responsibility is to anticipate guest needs and deliver exceptional service, managing tables, meals, and the overall guest experience.

The role involves front-of-house duties, describing menu items, answering dietary questions, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring timely service while adhering to safety and sanitation standards. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience as a server in hospitality, fine dining, or farm-to-table environments.
• Ability to communicate clearly and write neatly in English.
• Wamiliar with health and safety standards and guest dietary considerations.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in selecting food and beverages by presenting menu and describing items.
• Ensure correct orders are delivered in a timely manner, especially for dietary needs.
• Transmit orders to bar and kitchen and deliver accompaniments promptly and professionally.
• Provide attentive, proactive guest service and manage guest needs throughout the dining experience.
• Handle billing and payments following established policies.
• Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
