Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Experience in a fine dining restaurant.
• Food Handlers & Alcohol Awareness Certificate required.
• TOAST POS experience.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests warmly and assisting them in selecting menu items.
• Providing recommendations based on guest preferences and menu knowledge.
• Addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a polite and timely manner.
• Taking accurate food and beverage orders and inputting into the POS system.
• Serving food and beverages promptly and accurately.
• Maintaining clean and organized dining areas and resetting tables.
• Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate orders.
• Presenting bills and processing payments accurately.
