Tao Group Hospitality is seeking a full-time server to provide expert food and beverage service in a high-energy environment. You will interact with guests, explain menu items, and ensure accurate order entry and payment processing. A focus on teamwork, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction is essential for this role.

Minimum 2 years server experience is required; fine dining and high-volume club settings are preferred. Training is provided within Tao Group in-venue dining room service.

Qualifications

• Ability to write, read, and verbally communicate.
• Must be effective as part of a team; able to interact with staff and guests professionally.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Responsibilities

• Actively takes orders and provides full food/beverage service.
• Enter orders into POS and handle payments accurately.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests and maintain station cleanliness.
• Explain menus, specials, and recommendations to guests.
• Ensure guest allergies or dietary restrictions are noted.
• Maintain professional appearance and teamwork with staff.
