Job summary

Tao Group Hospitality is seeking a skilled server for a bustling, high-volume venue. You will provide attentive food and beverage service, present menus, and suggest items while maintaining professionalism.

You will enter orders into the POS system accurately, manage guest needs, and coordinate with front- and heart-of-house teams to ensure a seamless dining experience. Applicants should have at least 2 years of server experience, preferably in fine dining or high-energy venues, with knowledge

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years server experience or equivalent Tao Group Hospitality experience required.
• Experience in Fine Dining preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant/nightclub/lounge.
• Comprehensive knowledge of classic cocktails required.
• Basic familiarity with wine varietals and classic regions around the world required.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate and accommodate the needs of the guests.
• Maintain general cleanliness of assigned stations and the venue.
• Provide professional and exceptional service.
• Present menus, answer questions and make suggestions for all items.
• Enter all orders into the POS system accurately and follow cash/payment procedures.
• Deliver all food and beverages to guests.
• Work as part of a team and support fellow team members.
• Possess knowledge of Tao Group Hospitality and its partners.
