Job summary

Kids for the Future is seeking a skilled, hospitality-driven Server to join our team in Austin. You will deliver a refined dining experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, manage tableside service, and ensure accurate ordering and guest satisfaction.

Applicants should have 1+ year of serving experience in fine dining, hold valid TABC and Food Handlers certifications, and communicate fluently in English.

Qualifications

• 1+ year serving in a high-volume, fine dining environment.
• Valid TABC certification and Food Handlers certification required prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an approachable, refined hospitality experience.
• Maintain attentiveness to guests and team members during the shift.
• Recommend cocktails or alternatives and answer questions about menus.
• Oversee all aspects of table service including tableside service and wine/cocktail service.
• Input orders into the POS system accurately and efficiently.
