Kids for the Future in Austin, TX is seeking a Host to create a welcoming arrival experience in a fast-paced, fine-dining environment. The role is full-time, with base pay of $15.00 per hour and a benefits package including medical, dental and vision insurance for you and your family.

You will arrange seating, answer phones, manage reservations, maintain a clean arrivals area, and communicate guest needs to the service team. A positive, organized, customer-focused attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• We are seeking hospitality professionals with high-caliber customer service.
• Experience in fast-paced or fine dining is preferred.
• Outgoing personality and organized multitasking ability are essential.

Responsabilités

• Seat guests and manage the seating plan based on reservations.
• Answer phone calls and restaurant messaging.
• Maintain a clean, stocked arrivals area at all times.
• Welcome guests and assist with seating and bar arrangements as needed.
• Communicate allergies, notes, and requests to servers and staff.
• Share knowledge of the menu to answer guest questions.
• Ensure compliance with health and TABC codes at all times.
