Job summary

Invited in Austin is seeking a Server Assistant to support the front-of-house team in delivering food and beverage service to members and guests. You will help with setting up, cleaning, and supporting service tasks to create a welcoming dining experience.

This role requires teamwork, excellent communication, and a commitment to safety and club standards. Candidates should have a high school diploma, prior F&B experience, current Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications, and completion of

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in Food and Beverage service preferred.
Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications as required by state regulations.
Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.
Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

Assist with delivering food and beverages to members/guests, ensuring prompt service.
Set up tables and restock supplies to maintain dining room readiness.
Greet members/guests, provide welcoming service and respond to basic questions.
Collaborate with team to ensure smooth dining experiences and support service tasks.
Handle member/guest requests and escalate issues as needed.
Complete side work and maintain cleanliness per club standards.
Support events and large parties as assigned.
