Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Current Maricopa County Food Service Worker Card.
• Current Arizona Title IV Alcohol Certification.
• At least two years of high-volume fine-dining experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food and beverage preparation, serviceware, and menu items.
• Ability to learn, remember, describe, and promote menu offerings.
• Comfort transporting large trays in a busy dining room or lounge.
• Experience with Toast and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, stocked, and properly set service station.
• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Present menu specials and thoughtful recommendations.
• Take accurate orders and enter them into Toast.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure accurate, timely delivery.
• Serve food and beverages with refined service standards.
• Check back, refresh beverages, and upsell desserts and coffee.
• Present checks promptly and process payments.
• Follow all liquor regulations.
• Support leadership and teammates to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
