Marc & Rose Hospitality's El Chorro location in Paradise Valley is seeking an energetic hospitality professional to set up, manage, and maintain event spaces for weddings, corporate retreats, and social occasions. You will ensure tables, linens, and furnishings reflect an elevated, guest-ready environment throughout shifts from morning to evening.

Qualifications

• Hospitality, banquet, event, or set-up experience preferred but not required.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Able to lift 100+ pounds for extended periods and push/pull up to 500 pounds.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken.
• Maintain presentation and appearance aligned with a luxury destination.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down meeting rooms, banquet spaces, and outdoor function areas per event specs.
• Arrange tables, chairs, linens, staging, and other furnishings with care and presentation.
• Refresh and maintain function rooms during events, keeping spaces clean and guest-ready.
• Assist with meeting-space equipment, basic maintenance, and repairs as needed.
• Maintain outdoor event areas to reflect Paradise Valley surroundings.
• Support banquet, F&B, and event teams to deliver seamless service.
• Pitch in with other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

Shifts Available: 8:00AM - 5:00PM / 2:00PM - 10:00PM

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Arrange tables, chairs, linens, staging, and other event furnishings with care, precision, and attention to presentation.
• Refresh and maintain function rooms throughout events, ensuring every space remains clean, organized, and guest-ready.
• Assist with meeting‑space equipment, basic maintenance needs, and repairs as needed.
• Help maintain outdoor event areas so every celebration feels as polished as the Paradise Valley surroundings.
• Support banquet, food-and-beverage, and event teams as needed to deliver seamless service.
• Pitch in with other duties as assigned by a supervisor or manager—because great events are always a team effort.

What You’ll Bring

• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to support others.
• Prior hospitality, banquet, event, or set‑up experience is preferred, but not required. We welcome dependable team players who are ready to learn.
• A high school diploma is preferred.
• The ability to lift 100+ pounds for extended periods and push or pull up to 500 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• A commitment to delivering the elevated service and attention to detail expected at a luxury destination.
• Clear communication skills, including the ability to speak, listen, read, and write in English; English proficiency is preferred.
• A professional appearance that reflects the standards of a premier hospitality destination.
• Consistent punctuality, reliable attendance, and the flexibility to support a busy event environment.
