Marc & Rose Hospitality's El Chorro in Paradise Valley seeks an entry-level dishwasher to join a fast-paced kitchen. You will keep dishware spotless, support the kitchen teams, and help maintain a clean, organized workspace to enable memorable dining experiences.

No previous advanced experience required; candidates with a strong work ethic and positive attitude will learn sanitation standards, wash procedures, and where to store supplies, contributing to a respectful, team-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Must maintain cleanliness per Health Department standards.
• Experience in food handling is preferred but not required.
• English communication required; bilingual abilities welcome.
• High school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, plateware, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and small wares according to Health Department standards.
• Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen areas, including floors, walls, stainless steel surfaces, and dishwashing stations.
• Stock, organize, and properly store plateware, small wares, and kitchen supplies.
• Maintain staff restrooms according to the scheduled cleaning routine.
• Assist chefs and the kitchen team with supportive projects and culinary needs as assigned.
• Help create a clean, safe, efficient environment where exceptional hospitality can happen.

How You’ll Make An Impact

What You’ll Bring

• A dependable, hands‑on approach and the ability to work with urgency and care.
• Basic sanitation knowledge and an understanding of dishwashing procedures and Health Department standards.
• A Maricopa County Food Service Worker Card/Certification.
• Food and beverage experience is preferred, but not required.
• A high school diploma is preferred.
• Strong integrity, honesty, and a willingness to pitch in wherever the team needs support.
• Effective communication skills, including the ability to speak, listen, read, and write in English; bilingual abilities are welcome.
• A professional appearance appropriate for a four‑diamond resort environment.
