Qualifications

• Must follow recipes and systems; demonstrate professionalism.
• Ability to stand 9 hours and lift 40 pounds.
• Clear and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Check with Chef/Sous Chef for daily specials.
• Prepare lunch/dinner items with proper prep and cleanliness.
• Stock station and set up service area.
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures.
• Maintain professional appearance and teamwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Leadership Team.
