Qualifications

• Minimum of five years culinary experience in high-volume environments.
• Proficient in following recipes and standards.
• Former culinary schooling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check with Chef/Sous Chef for daily specials.
• Prepare lunch/dinner items per menu and quality standards.
• Stock needed foods and equipment; keep station clean and ready.
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures.
• Ensure quality of products per spec sheets.
• Maintain cleanliness across all equipment and surfaces.
• Rotate perishable products properly.
• Follow opening/closing checklists.
• Maintain professional appearance and teamwork.
• Complete unit and department tests with ≥90%.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Leadership.
