Job summary

Truluck’s Ocean’s Finest Seafood & Crab seeks a Fine Dining Line Cook with at least five years of culinary experience, including high-volume environments. You will follow all recipes and systems with accountability and teamwork, preparing lunch and dinner items, and supporting service with cleanliness and efficiency.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the Chef/Sous Chef on specials, stocking and maintaining stations, and upholding sanitation and professionalism throughout service.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of culinary experience in high‑volume environments.
• Experience in preparing culinary products and following recipes and systems with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Check with Chef/Sous Chef for daily specials.
• Prepare lunch/dinner items, estimate prep, maintain quality, keep area clean.
• Stock food and equipment; set and prep service area; ensure readiness.
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures.
• Maintain quality to specs; keep workstation clean and organized.
• Rotate perishables properly; follow opening/closing checklists.
• Maintain professionalism and teamwork; pass unit and dept tests.
• Perform related duties as assigned by Leadership Team.
