Job summary

Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar in San Antonio seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead a polished casual dining operation, uphold brand standards, and deliver memorable guest experiences. You will supervise staffing and training, manage the wine program, safety protocols, and the department’s P&L, while coaching your team to exceed guests’ expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of polished casual or fine dining experience.
• Minimum of 3 years prior salaried management experience preferred.
• Wine knowledge preferred.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Basic computer proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fully staffed restaurant department and foster an inclusive environment.
• Implement security protocols to ensure safety of employees and guests.
• Create memorable experiences for guests and engage with the community.
• Manage department P&L, drive sales, increase profitability, and coach staff.
• Ensure menu items are prepared to recipe and presented to high standards.
