Qualifications

• At least three (3) years of restaurant management experience in a fine dining restaurant is required.
• Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Products, email, POS technology.
• Strong interpersonal skills and financial acumen.
• Ability to think proactively and creatively, have decision making and analytical skills and be effective in written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great guest service and hospitality standards by upholding steps of service and engaging guests.
• Train staff and convey brand clarity through menu, wine, and beverage knowledge.
• Hire/select team members and maintain staffing levels per business needs.
• Monitor performance through coaching, feedback, and progressive discipline.
• Maintain positive relationships with leadership and compliance with safety standards.
• Contribute to financial goals with support from leadership.
• Maintain health department guidelines and a clean work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
