Job summary

Ten Five Hospitality in Georgetown is launching a new restaurant and lounge concept and seeks a Beverage Manager to lead the bar and lounge operations. You will supervise the bar team, ensure beverage quality and presentation, and uphold high hospitality standards to deliver an elevated guest experience.

You will recruit, train, and develop staff, manage inventory and budgets, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while collaborating with leadership for events and peak periods.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a management role in fine dining hospitality/nightlife/bars.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Passion for hospitality, guest experience, and team culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily bar and lounge operations to ensure exceptional service.
• Recruit, train, coach, schedule, and develop the bar team.
• Oversee beverage inventory, ordering, cost controls, budgeting, and revenue.
• Ensure beverages are prepared and presented per recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain health, sanitation, safety and alcohol service compliance.
• Collaborate with General Manager on labor planning and events.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, delivering luxury hospitality.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
