Qualifications

• Previous salaried management experience in fine dining restaurants is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications preferred.
• Servsafe or similar Manager’s Food Handler’s Certificate required or preferred.
• Alcohol Certification (based on location) may be required.

• Lead department-level restaurant operations and model company service standards.
