Job summary

Perry's Steakhouse & Grille seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead department-level operations, uphold Rare and Well-Done standards, and model the company's values. You will guide service, train staff, and ensure guest satisfaction while managing costs and scheduling.

This role requires past salaried management in fine dining, ServSafe Manager or equivalent, and alcohol certification. You will collaborate with leadership to drive profitability, staff development, and flawless execution

Qualifications

Previous salaried management experience in fine dining restaurants is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications preferred.
ServSafe Manager certification and Alcohol Certification (based on location) are required or preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead department-level restaurant operations and model company standards.
Demonstrate leadership through adherence, communication and execution of service standards.
Coach and develop team members with accountability for training and performance.
Involve in shift management and maintain professional demeanor and image.
Drive profitability by managing controllable costs including labor and food/bev costs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures; support weekend/holiday scheduling.
