Job Opening: Fine Dining Restaurant Bartender

• We have openings for both full-time and part-time FINE DINING RESTAURANT BARTENDER positions.
• Location: Longwood Gardens - 1001 Longwood Road, Kennett Square, PA 19348. Note: Online applications only.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepare and serve beverages in a friendly, courteous manner.

Essential Duties

1. Adhere to liquor laws, including serving alcohol responsibly.
2. Set up and stock the bar with all necessary supplies.
3. Maintain fresh garnishes and perishables.
4. Greet guests courteously.
5. Take and prepare drink orders, practice portion control.
6. Verify guest IDs and monitor intoxication.
7. Handle cash and record transactions accurately.
8. Secure all beverages, food, and cash at the end of shifts.
9. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar area.
10. Arrange bottles and glasses attractively.
11. Wash and sterilize glassware.
12. Perform additional duties as assigned.
