Job Opening: Barista

We have full-time and part-time positions available for a Barista at JP Morgan Chase, located at 500 Stanton Christiana Road, Newark, DE 19713. Online applications are accepted only.

Requirements: Starbucks barista experience preferred.

Pay Range: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Prepare and serve coffee/espresso drinks and related food and beverage items, adhering to HACCP standards. Interact courteously with customers and team members.

Essential Duties

1. Prepare espresso orders using standard recipes.
2. Accurately enter orders into POS, accept payments.
3. Replenish supplies, maintain cleanliness.
4. Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures.
5. Maintain sanitation of equipment and workstation.
6. Follow recipes and standards for food prep.
7. Keep display areas clean and attractive.
8. Greet customers courteously, relay concerns.
9. Serve efficiently, explain menu items.
10. Promote sales through good communication.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.
