Essential Job Functions

• Greet guests immediately.
• Take drink and/or food orders from customers or beverage servers.
• Inspect guest identification to ensure guest meets legal age limit for alcohol possession/consumption.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and act according to established alcohol awareness program guidelines.
• Collect payment and follow cash handling procedures.
• Order or requisition liquors and supplies.
• Wash glasses.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary bar area.
• Resolve guest complaints.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three or more years of related experience preferred.
• Must be available to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of beverage order processing systems.
• Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.

Physical and Mental Demands

• Regularly required to see, talk, and hear; stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms.
• Frequently required to walk; stoop, kneel, or crouch.
• Ability to count.
• Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
