Qualifications

• Experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain alcohol service permits (e.g., TABC, ServSafe Alcohol).
• Must obtain and maintain food service certifications (e.g., ServSafe).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through a high-end dining experience.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu, ingredients, allergens, and changes.
• Offer wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic pairings recommendations.
• Open, present, and pour wine according to fine dining standards.
• Execute tableside service, course timing, and wine service with precision.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar to ensure seamless service flow.
• Maintain impeccable table maintenance, clearing and resetting as needed.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond discreetly and promptly.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and urgency.
