Qualifications
- 2+ years in a high-volume luxury hotel, resort or banquet operation with focus on fine dining.
- Completion of technical culinary education or apprenticeship; certificate preferred.
- Food service permit or valid health/food certification.
Responsibilities
- Lead BOH Club operations alongside Executive Chef to deliver efficient dining experiences.
- Manage daily operations of the Club Kitchen and supervise Kitchen team.
- Prepare staff rosters and assign tasks; review schedules with Chef.
- Maintain kitchen equipment and inventory; monitor quality and portioning.
- Develop new menu items and recipes; research cooking methods and trends.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and staff trained in hygiene.
