Job summary

Legends Terrace View Cafe at Winstar World Casino is seeking a Line Cook for full‑time employment. You will provide quick, precise service in a fine dining setting and follow the Executive Chef or Kitchen Supervisor’s guidance for opening/closing tasks while upholding sanitation standards.

The role requires English reading/writing/speaking, a high school diploma or equivalent, and culinary training or strong line experience in a fast-paced high-end environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Culinary education or fast-paced high-volume fine dining experience preferred with strong line experience.
• Ability to interact with co-workers to assure compliance with service standards.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced, team oriented setting.
• Must be able to read, speak and write in English.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work all Prudential Center events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years working in a fast-paced high-end club, or restaurant
