Qualifications

• Must read, speak, and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Follow opening and closing procedures as directed by the Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Supervisors.
• Prepare food items according to established portions, quality standards, and policies.
• Ensure all food is cooked, held, and served at proper temperatures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work area at all times.
• Collaborate with team to support food preparation, service excellence, and accurate order delivery.
• Clean and sanitize utensils and cookware.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely to prevent damage or injury.
• Adhere to appearance, dress code, and uniform standards.
