Job summary

Legends is seeking a Line Cook to deliver fast, high‑quality service in a fine dining setting. You will follow kitchen directions, prepare items to portion, quality and safety standards, and help maintain sanitation during opening and closing procedures.

You should be able to read, write and communicate in English, multitask in a high‑volume environment, and work as part of a team. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; culinary training is preferred.

Qualifications

• English literacy required (read, write, speak).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication with co-workers.
• Awareness of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Physical stamina to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Follow Executive Chef, Sous Chef or Kitchen Supervisors’ assignments for opening/closing and prep.
• Prepare food items per portion size, quality standards, and procedures.
• Maintain proper food temperatures and sanitation of work areas.
• Keep kitchen clean including shelves, walls, floors and drains.
• Collaborate with team to ensure excellent service and timely delivery.
