Qualifications

• 1+ year line cook experience, preferably fine dining.
• Operates grills, broilers, fryers, sauté burners and ovens.
• Strong knowledge of food prep, sanitation and safety.
• Commitment to quality and service; willing to learn.
• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Must read and communicate in English.
• Self-motivated; able to work in fast-paced environment.
• Able to multi-task and handle changing priorities.
• Team-oriented and organized; follow directions.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up station and carry out food preparation.
• Follow standard recipes, portions, timing and sanitation.
• Maintain clean, sanitary work station.
• Re-stock and rotate food products.
• Work with team to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Attend team meetings and communicate guest requests.
