Job summary

Experience Senior Living LLC in Lone Tree, Colorado, is seeking a cook to deliver high-quality dining experiences for residents. You will closely collaborate with the Director of Culinary Services and the Executive Director to ensure meals meet established menus and standards in a supportive, compassionate environment.

This role requires 1–3 years of relevant kitchen experience, the ability to read recipes, and flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of cook experience in hospitality or healthcare settings.
• Ability to read recipes and production guides.
• Strong customer service focus and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of culinary customer service and promote a fine dining experience
• Work closely with Directors to keep residents satisfied with dining programs
• Maintain kitchen and food storage areas in a clean, safe, sanitary condition
• Open and/or close the kitchen as required
• Prepare and ensure snacks and beverages are available to residents at all times
• Assist with special events, banquets, and theme meals
