Job summary

Experience Senior Living Team is seeking a Server to join our dedicated dining team in Lone Tree, Colorado. The role focuses on delivering high-quality service in a fine dining setting, assisting with menus, and ensuring resident satisfaction during meals.

You will work closely with our culinary leadership, set up tables, handle orders, and maintain a clean dining area while upholding safety and service standards. Weekend availability is needed as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing and math skills.
• Experience in a sit-down restaurant serving role.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to learn handheld POS devices and related restaurant technology.
• General knowledge of beer, wine and simple cocktails.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service and promote a fine dining atmosphere.
• Work closely with leadership to keep residents satisfied with food and dining programs.
• Set tables in accordance with ESL standards.
• Serve residents and guests beverages as requested.
• Review daily menu with residents and take/deliver accurate meal orders.
