Job summary

Experience Senior Living LLC. is seeking an Experienced Line Cook to join our culinary team. You will provide a fine dining experience and work closely with leadership to keep residents satisfied with menus and dining programs.

The role requires 1–3 years of cooking experience in hospitality or healthcare, a High School Diploma or GED, and ability to read recipes and production guides. Flexible schedules including weekends and holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of experience as a cook in hospitality or healthcare.
• Food handlers permit as required by state law and/or Company standards.
• Able to read and follow recipes and production guides, cleaning schedules, and logs.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of culinary customer service and promote a fine dining experience.
• Work with Director of Culinary Services and/or Executive Director to keep residents satisfied with food and dining programs.
• Maintain kitchen and storage areas in a clean, safe, sanitary condition at all times.
• Open and/or close the kitchen as required.
• Adhere to cleaning schedules as assigned.
• Ensure all food is received, stored, and prepared according to standards.
• Assist with preparation and execution of special events, banquets, and theme meals.
