THE HERITAGE STEAKHOUSE LLC is seeking a dedicated Fine Dining Steward/Dishwasher in Santee, CA. This crucial role supports kitchen operations and maintains high standards of cleanliness and organization. Ideal candidates take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role preferred.
• Food handler's certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).

Responsibilities

• Washes dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashing machines or by hand.
• Ensures all cleaned items are properly sanitized.
• Keeps dishwashing area clean and organized.
• Assists in cleaning kitchen equipment and storage areas.
• Empties trash and recyclables and ensures proper waste disposal.
