Job summary

Ezio’s, a new fine dining Italian steakhouse opening in Miami Beach, seeks a diligent Porter to join the opening team. You’ll help maintain a clean kitchen and dining prep areas, supporting deliveries and deep-clean tasks under the chef and BOH leadership.

Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment. This is an essential role in delivering a Michelin-caliber dining experience with craft, integrity, and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen, dish area, and storage spaces.
• Sweep, mop, squeegee, and manage trash and recycling areas efficiently throughout service.
• Support with deliveries including receiving, organizing, and storing products safely and neatly.
• Assist with deep cleaning projects and equipment maintenance as directed by the chef or management.
• Communicate regularly with the BOH leadership team regarding supplies, chemicals, and maintenance needs.
• Ensure all cleaning and sanitation standards meet Department of Health and restaurant guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be able to communicate clearly with managers and team members.
• Previous porter, stewarding, or kitchen experience preferred but not required.
