Job summary

Ezio’s Steakhouse in Miami Beach is seeking hardworking porters to join our opening team. You’ll help maintain a clean, organized kitchen and dining areas, supporting chefs and service staff to deliver a premium dining experience.

This role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Previous kitchen porter or stewarding experience is welcome but not required; training will be provided in a professional kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Previous porter, stewarding, or kitchen experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen, dish area, and storage spaces.
• Sweep, mop, squeegee, and manage trash and recycling areas.
• Support with deliveries including receiving, organizing, and storing products safely and neatly.
• Assist with deep cleaning projects and equipment maintenance.
• Communicate regularly with the BOH leadership team regarding supplies, chemicals, and maintenance needs.
• Ensure all cleaning and sanitation standards meet Department of Health and restaurant guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
