Job summary

Ezio’s, a new fine dining Italian steakhouse in Miami Beach, is seeking a Host to welcome guests and manage flow with warmth and efficiency.

As the first and last impression, you will greet guests, handle reservations with Resy or OpenTable, and coordinate with FOH to deliver seamless service in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in fine dining, a polished appearance, and a team-first mindset; evenings, weekends, and holidays required. Minimum wage compensation offered with tips.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of restaurant experience, preferably in fine dining.
• Experience with Resy, OpenTable or similar reservation platforms.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Polished appearance and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm.
• Manage reservations and guest flow using booking platforms.
• Maintain knowledge of the reservation book, wait times, and VIPs.
• Coordinate with FOH to ensure smooth seating and pacing.
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues with poise.
• Keep host stand and entry area clean and organized.
• Ensure guests feel seen, valued and welcomed from arrival to departure.
• Support servers, managers, and kitchen to deliver seamless service.
• Attend pre-shift meetings and participate in team training.
• Step in where needed to ensure smooth dining room operations.
