Ezio’s is a new fine dining Italian steakhouse opening in Miami Beach, brought to you by the team behind Roberta’s, Blanca and Foul Witch in NYC. As a Server, you will be the face of our restaurant, delivering attentive, knowledgeable service in a polished yet relaxed setting.

We seek hospitality professionals with a passion for guest experience, a strong knowledge of fine dining standards, and a team-first mentality. Compensation is minimum wage with room for growth and tips.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in high-volume or fine dining restaurants.
• Familiarity with natural wine, artisanal spirits, and seasonal ingredients.
• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask under pressure and work as a team.
• Genuine love for hospitality and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through the menu with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Maintain knowledge of all food, beverage, and wine offerings.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and FOH teams.
• Maintain clean, organized sections and uphold high standards.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and proactively.
• Support teammates with side work and service flow.
• Input orders accurately and manage course pacing; accommodate dietary requests.
• Maintain elevated standards of table setup and wine service.
• Collaborate with runners, bussers, hosts, bar team, and kitchen for seamless service.
• Anticipate guest needs and ensure a memorable visit.
