• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Clear English communication with guests, management and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, manage reservations and seating according to SOP.
• Maintain service standards and cleanliness of FOH and BOH areas.
• Respond to guest requests promptly to ensure a memorable experience.
• Assist with health, safety and sanitation compliance.
• Attend required trainings and team meetings.
