Responsabilités

Maintain service standards and comply with hotel standards and local laws.
Greet guests, answer phones, manage reservations and seating.
Ensure host stand and guest entrance are clean and organized.
Be knowledgeable about food and beverage menu items; report needs to management.
Attend daily stand-up meetings and support front-of-house operations.
Provide a safe guest environment and respond promptly to requests.
