Omni Amelia Island Resort & Spa seeks a professional Host to deliver exceptional guest service in a premier resort setting. You will seat guests, manage reservations, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere across the restaurant and FOH areas.

Ideal candidates have hands-on food and beverage knowledge, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining poise and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Hands-on food and beverage knowledge in hospitality.
• Strong customer service and guest engagement skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Clear, concise communication with guests, management and coworkers.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced hotel/restaurant environment.

Responsabilités

• Maintain service standards and comply with hotel policies.
• Handle reservations, phone inquiries, and seating with a friendly demeanor.
• Assist in proper table settings and service flow during shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of host area and entrance.
