Omni Amelia Island Resort & Spa seeks a hospitality host to deliver exceptional guest service by seating guests, managing reservations, and maintaining high standards in a fine dining setting. You will greet guests, explain concepts, and coordinate with the team to ensure a seamless dining experience.

The role requires hands-on knowledge of food and beverage, strong customer service skills, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Competenze

• Hands-on food and beverage knowledge and hospitality business understanding.
• Fine dining host experience is strongly preferred.
• Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, engaging demeanor.

Mansioni

• Greet guests and seat them according to SOP.
• Manage reservations and table assignments; answer phone inquiries.
• Maintain service standards and cleanliness of FOH/BOH areas.
• Support daily stand-up meetings and coordinate with team and management.
• Respond to guest feedback promptly to ensure a memorable experience.
• Monitor and communicate guest needs and restaurant operations.
