Job summary

Fairmont Kea Lani on Maui is seeking an attentive Server for the Kea Lani Restaurant. You will connect guests to the resort’s diverse cuisine, provide detailed knowledge of menu items, and deliver impeccable service that reflects the destination’s culture and aloha spirit.

Must have at least 2 years of serving experience in a high-volume, upscale setting, a high school diploma, POS experience, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years serving in high‑volume upscale restaurant.
• High School diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree is an asset.
• Food safety certification or ServSafe certification preferred.
• Maui County Liquor Card and TB clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Confirm station assignment and complete daily opening duties.
• Take beverage and food orders; deliver and process payments via POS.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables and work station; uphold service standards.
• Provide engaging, aloha‑spirit service and guest interaction.
• Adhere to health, safety, and hotel policies; participate in departmental meetings.
