Job summary

The Hudson Bend is seeking a General Manager in Bend, Oregon, to lead our independent fine dining venue with hands-on leadership and financial acumen. This role requires a blend of hospitality excellence and strategic oversight to ensure premier guest experiences.

You will own daily FOH operations, develop SOPs, supervise staff, manage labor costs, and partner with owners on strategic initiatives while upholding brand standards and a high-check environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in upscale or fine dining management.
• Experience managing a membership or private club is preferred.
• Proficient with modern restaurant software platforms and POS.

Responsibilities

• Design SOPs, service sequences, and FOH training from the ground up.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise all FOH staff.
• Lead pre-shift meetings, manage scheduling and labor costs.
• Uphold fine dining standards and member experience.
• Monitor P&L, budgets, and prime costs; report to owners.
