Job summary

Mt. Bachelor is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead day-to-day operations at the Bend resort. You will oversee service standards, staff engagement, and training to ensure exceptional guest experiences and strong team performance.

Responsibilities include managing reports, inventory, and budgets, while upholding safety and regulatory compliance. This role requires leadership, organization, and clear communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; associate degree in hospitality management preferred.
• 2+ years in a similar role in food & beverage or hospitality.
• OLCC license and Oregon Food Handler’s Card required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise FOH & BOH staff to ensure top service levels.
• Review daily reports, inventory, budgets, and goals; report variances as needed.
• Train staff and implement outlet concepts, menus, and promotions.
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations including liquor laws.
