The Mina Group’s Bourbon Steak in Scottsdale is seeking a General Manager to lead all front-of-house operations in a high-volume, fine dining setting, ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence.

You will mentor staff, drive revenue, uphold Michelin-level standards, and partner with the assistant GM and corporate teams to create memorable guest experiences. A hospitality degree and HR compliance knowledge are valued.

Qualifications

5-7 years experience in a fine dining high volume restaurant.
At least 4 years in a leadership role.
Hospitality degree preferred.
Knowledge of safety and hygiene protocols.
Working knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
Ability to frequently lift up to 40 pounds and work 40+ hours weekly.

Responsibilities
