Job summary

The Mina Group is seeking a General Manager to lead all front-of-house operations in a high-volume, fine dining setting at Bourbon Steak. You will mentor staff, drive top-line revenue, and uphold Michelin-level standards while partnering with the assistant GM and corporate teams to deliver seamless, memorable experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years’ experience in a fine dining high volume restaurant, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
• Hospitality degree preferred.
• Knowledge of safety and hygiene protocols.
• Working knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 40 pounds.
• Have the stamina to work in excess of 40 hours per week.
