Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for Bourbon Steak to lead the F&B Outlet team with a focus on exceptional guest experiences and revenue growth. The role demands leadership, luxury service mastery and strong budget oversight within a high-end resort environment.

The GM will recruit, train and develop colleagues, uphold service standards, and collaborate with the F&B and management teams to drive promotions and guest satisfaction across all outlets.

Qualifications

• Previous Food & Beverage GM experience in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of food, spirits, wine & beer.
• Understanding of luxury service standards and steps of service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the F&B Outlet team and ensure service standards are followed.
• Handle guest concerns quickly and professionally.
• Recruit and train F&B colleagues and balance departmental needs.
• Conduct departmental meetings and communicate strategies with teams.
• Maximize revenues by implementing promotional strategies and menu knowledge.
• Manage the departmental budget and ensure safety and sanitation policies.
